The healthcare team who visit your home work closely with our office based Case Managers who are all experienced and highly skilled Registered Nurses. Case Management ensures that all aspects of in home care are brought together under the guidance of one experienced staff member. There is a staff member available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to discuss any queries or concerns you may have.
In Home Registered Nurses
- Assess, monitor and provide assistance with general health and well being

You or your family member can contact HSS to enquire or arrange HSS care via one of the contact methods listed below. We will then liaise with the doctor on your behalf if required.
