The best quality in home care
The in home care industry can be confusing and a little overwhelming when it comes to finding the right provider to care for yourself or a loved one.
Do you know what to look for when it comes to in home care?
One of the important qualities to look for in an in home care provider apart from experience and trust is the potential longevity of service – whilst many in home care providers may meet your immediate needs, how many have got the breadth of service and experience to cater for any unforeseen health issues – or perhaps a natural deterioration of health over time as age starts to take more effect.
It’s not a nice thing to think about, but why go to the effort now of finding a trusted provider to take care of you or your loved one, only having to do it all again when it becomes apparent that the level of care needs to increase and can no longer be met by your current provider?
Put your trust in our experienced Registered Nurse Case Coordinators
Home Support Services (HSS) have a complete range of health care professionals to call upon should ever the need arise. There is a Registered Nurse on call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, but arguably more importantly, every visit from a HSS health care professional is reported to the HSS National Case Coordination centre via a team of Registered Nurses. This means that if you have arranged a Personal Carer to help with preparing a meal or to assist with personal grooming or a Physio to assist with rehabilitation following surgery, those visits will still be monitored by a Registered Nurse who will use their experience to ensure your/your loved ones’ physical and emotional wellbeing is on track. It’s that watchful eye that will give you the ultimate peace of mind.
